A movement for the revitalization of rural life //
Technology, art and rural living — hacked together.
Rural Hackers is an international organization dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity at the intersection of technology, rural living and art. We provide a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, empowering people to challenge traditional thinking and create groundbreaking projects that inspire positive change.
The power of inspiration
A place to find people who become your reference for change.
The context
Rural areas of Galicia (Spain) are becoming severely depopulated. This jeopardizes a way of living, endangers a whole tradition, and disconnects us from our roots.
We envision technology, arts and creativity as twisters. They can bring steamy change to rural areas and help to build new ecosystems.
This is our motto
“You can make a difference. You can always contribute. Let’s make this happen together.”
